I work at the intersection of AI, product design, and human cognition, helping organizations translate emerging AI capabilities into products and workflows that humans can effectively use and adopt. My background spans strategic design consulting at IDEO, founding and running a successful product/prototyping consultancy, and PhD research in AI-augmented cognition.
